The Best Auto Body Repair Company in Pleasanton, CA

My husband was hit by another driver in an intersection and damaged the front left bumper of his Toyota Prius. We took the car into California Collision for repairs. My husband is disabled and drives a specially equipped car, so he was housebound — or dependent on me to drive him — without his car. He thought it would be back in a day or two. When George Osorio and his team took off the bumper to repair it, they discovered much more damage below the bumper, requiring the ordering of new parts. While it would have been easy for George to promise the car would be back on time, he told us honestly how long it would take to get the parts and repair the vehicle. While my husband was disappointed by the delay, we both appreciated George’s straightforward and honest approach. The fifth star of this review, though, was reserved for the fact that — when the car was finally completed — George personally drove the car from Livermore to Brentwood (a good half hour plus each way) to deliver it to my husband. You don’t find service like that with just any auto repair service. We HIGHLY recommend California Collision.

I picked up my car yesterday and could not be happier! The work is fantastic! Like new! I received calls on Mon/Thurs every week with updates and if there was anything additional Alison called me sooner. Sean even called me once when I called Alison with a question she couldn’t answer, which was very much appreciated. Their response time is insanely fast and the customer service was exceptional. I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do, I know where to go and where to send others! When you are dealing with crappy insurance companies, it’s great to have a body shop fighting for you. I’m so glad I found CA Collision on yelp!

I had to get the front of my car repaired after some damage on the front driver’s side was done to it. I went to many shops around the area but California Collision had the best price and with a team that seemed like they knew what they were doing. During the repair Sean and his team kept me up to date with what was going on and it was completed on the planned schedule. When I saw my car I was surprised at how great a job the team did. I will definitely be coming back here for future jobs.

Sean is awesome!! I went there yesterday to get a quote, and Sean came to help. He was very polite, patient, friendly, and helpful. He found my car has some other scratch, he helped to clean and made it look much much better. I was so surprised that he helped me even I didnt ask for, and he didnt charge me for that. The price of the quote is also very good. I never know going to auto body shop can be a happy experience.

California Collisions definitely made my experience with a 5-star shop very good. George and his staff are top notch. They definitely show what great customer service is all about. From helping me deal with the adjuster to keeping me updated weekly on progress on my truck. They have a customer for life.
